Return Eligibility

We offer a 7 Days Return & Exchange Policy for eligible products.

  • Original packaging and tags must be intact
  • Return request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery

Parcel Opening Video Requirement

For damaged, missing, or incorrect item claims:

Customers must provide a clear parcel opening video as proof.

Claims without an opening video may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Used or damaged products after delivery
  • Products without original packaging
  • Sale or discounted items
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Items damaged by misuse or improper handling

Exchange Policy

If your product qualifies for exchange:

  • Replacement will be processed after inspection
  • Exchange delivery timelines may vary depending on product availability

Refund Process

Approved refunds may be issued through:

  • Bank Transfer
  • JazzCash
  • EasyPaisa

Refund processing time:

  • 5 to 10 business days after approval

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the mistake was from our side.

Return Shipping

Customers may be responsible for return shipping charges unless:

We recommend using a trackable courier service for returns.

Order Cancellation

If a customer repeatedly refuses Cash on Delivery orders without valid reason:
